2024 STREAM CAMP ENROLLMENT PACKET

Packets must be submitted to our Activities Coordinator, along with the initial enrollment fee. If you have an up-to-date physical form, this may be submitted in place of the form within the Enrollment Packet.

If anyone one is interested in sponsoring a child to attend the camp, please send an email with your interest to .
